  • The development of robust Captive Management and Visitor Service Programmes
  • The training and development of Captive Management and Visitor Service teams

The Captive Management Course will give you an in depth understanding of the Captive Animal Industry.

  • The role of Enrichment
  • The role of Trainers
  • Crisis Management
  • Exhibit Design
