The Kiwi House and native bird park in Otorohanga, New Zealand is owned and operated by the Otorohanga Zoological Society, Inc.: A non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of New Zealand's native wildlife through education, display and breeding programs.

Visiting Hours: The park and souvenir shop is open every day of the year (except Christmas)   From 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM   (June, July & August: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM)

The cost of entry is $16.00 for adults and $4.00 for children (5-16 years old) accompanied by adults. Children under 5 years old are free. School groups pay $3.50 per child. Discounts for other groups are available by contractual arrangement in advance.
